The Operations Manager ensures the flow of product in and out of the warehouse supports the business and operational needs in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures. The Operations Manager will assist the Assistant Store Director in the proper operation of all departments within the store. The Operations Manager is the 3rd person in command in the store and is required to act as role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making at all times.


The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements. El Gerente de Operaciones asegura el flujo del producto dentro y fuera de la tienda se adapta con las necesidades y operaciones del negocio, de conformidad con los procedimientos estándar de operación de la empresa. El director de operaciones ayudará al asistente del Director General en el correcto funcionamiento de todos los departamentos de la tienda. Hourly Pay Range: Minimum wage (depending on location) up to $19.00 Hourly.
