We are seeking line cooks, servers, bartenders, and support staff: dishwashers, prep cooks, and support servers. We offer benefits after 30 days of employment for full time team members. Training will be paid.

The bartender is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a joyful dining experience for guests. They must have thorough product knowledge, salesmanship skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail. The bartender is also responsible for cash handling, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area.

General Responsibilities

  • Thorough product knowledge of food and bar menus, wine, spirits, beer, and specialty cocktails
  • Ability to recommend and compare products, discuss ingredients and preparation alternatives
  • Knowledge of restaurant concept and company history
  • Ability to execute the 14 elements of service consistently
  • Demonstrate excellent salesmanship skills
  • Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen using the P.O.S. register system
  • Uphold company standards of quality and freshness
  • Encourage bar dining and prepare bar area for new guests
  • Effectively communicate with guests through prompt greetings and regular check-backs
  • Identify and solve any problems related to guest dissatisfaction and complaints
  • Demonstrate superior technical skills in execution of service, drink recipes, bar maintenance, speed, accuracy, and consolidation of responsibilities
  • Account for all products sold and guest payment transactions
  • Complete assigned sidework, opening/closing duties, and weekly cleaning projects
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in bar area and throughout the restaurant
  • Assist other employees with necessary tasks for smooth restaurant operation
  • Build a regular clientele through positive attitude and guest recognition
  • Execute bar transfers promptly and enthusiastically
  • Stock bar to established pars and maintain clean and organized storage areas
  • Assist beverage manager in inventory and supply maintenance
