Job Description:
The Community Delegate’s primary function is to manage unsigned orders for clinical care, securing signatures on these orders in a timely and efficient manner, including drop-off and pick-up from local provider offices. The Community Delegate works collaboratively with branch/agency staff, Account Executives, the Orders and Claims Management team members, and community physicians so that orders can be received signed.

What is Required?
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Requires reading, writing, and math skills from high school education
- 1 year of healthcare experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
You will report to Orders and Claims Management Manager/Director.
