What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist position at Elation Health?
Reporting to the Revenue Manager, we are looking for a Junior Billing Specialist who will be responsible for the oversight of Enterprise Accounts and auditing activities. You will also be involved in supporting the Customer Success Team with account audits and reporting to ensure our Billing records are kept up to date.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day enterprise billing operations of the billing team ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Prepare manual billing data using related billing and service reports
- Build strong relationships with new and existing Enterprise accounts
- Maintain accurate and up to date Enterprise contract information for invoicing purposes
- Ensure that providers are properly designated as prescribing/non-prescribing, and credentialed in a timely manner to increase internal revenue
- Triage and respond to internal and external billing inquiries
- Assist with contract accuracy and upkeep
- Assist in month-end close
- Read the contracts and familiarize yourself with all the terms and conditions
- Manage relationships with Customer Support and Customer Success team, including answering questions and providing requested documentation
- Work closely with the Enterprise Customer team to address billing process changes, outstanding invoices, and refund requests.
Requirements:
- 2 years Billing experience
- Proven experience in high volume complex billing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Incredibly organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
