Project Manager

Our company is growing and we are looking to expand our Project Management Team with an experienced Project Manager. Ability to provide proof of being fully vaccinated required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience managing large scale projects in a PM framework including milestones, deliveries and tasks of projects varying from small in value with short time-frames to lengthy and large in value.

• Manage a project team to deliver projects on time.

• Estimate resources required for each project and project timelines.

• Manage resources to ensure technical aspects of the project are correct.

• Liaise with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure required equipment is delivered on time.

• Liaise with other trades and services such as builders, consultants and contractors.

• Undertake client site visits to define clear and precise project objectives.

• Ensure all client specifications, timelines and technical requirements are delivered.

• Deal with variations to projects while working within project budgets.

• Coordinate client training, O&M and sign-off documents.

• Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any other client concerns.

• Report internally project progress and meet KPI’s.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years experience in Project Management and Project Delivery within a technology services or construction role or a minimum of 5 years experience and a PMP Experience mentoring junior staff in project delivery.

• Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is highly desirable.

• Must live within a daily commutable range

• Ability to provide proof of being fully vaccinated required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
