Our company is growing and we are looking to expand our Project Management Team with an experienced Project Manager. Ability to provide proof of being fully vaccinated required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience managing large scale projects in a PM framework including milestones, deliveries and tasks of projects varying from small in value with short time-frames to lengthy and large in value.
- Manage a project team to deliver projects on time.
- Estimate resources required for each project and project timelines.
- Manage resources to ensure technical aspects of the project are correct.
- Liaise with Purchasing and Logistics to ensure required equipment is delivered on time.
- Liaise with other trades and services such as builders, consultants and contractors.
- Undertake client site visits to define clear and precise project objectives.
- Ensure all client specifications, timelines and technical requirements are delivered.
- Deal with variations to projects while working within project budgets.
- Coordinate client training, O&M and sign-off documents.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any other client concerns.
- Report internally project progress and meet KPI’s.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years experience in Project Management and Project Delivery within a technology services or construction role or a minimum of 5 years experience and a PMP Experience mentoring junior staff in project delivery.
- Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is highly desirable.
- Must live within a daily commutable range
- Ability to provide proof of being fully vaccinated required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
