Elbi of America, a tank manufacturer and plumbing materials wholesaler, is looking for a Claims Specialist for its California facility, located in Anaheim, CA.
The ideal candidate has matured a couple of years of experience as a Claims Administrator.

- Be responsible for the Claims management process.
- Collect, document, and evaluate claim data, assessing the legitimacy of claims received.
- Interface with claimants, insurance companies, and attorneys to negotiate and settle claims.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a Claims Administrator or Paralegal position.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior knowledge of the plumbing industry and plumbing parts terminology is a plus.
