This role offers the exciting opportunity to be a hands-on leader in overall plant operations while performing a variety of roles, allowing you to utilize your past experience and develop new skills. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to lead and assist with plant and machinery operations, perform preventive maintenance and repairs on small and large equipment, ensure delivery and application of products are properly carried out, prepare various reports and maintain organized records of services, provide prompt and professional customer service to ensure satisfaction of work, and desire to learn and continuously provide quality workmanship.

Basic requirements for this position include ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments, experience operating equipment, mechanical aptitude, leadership skills. Occasional overtime may be required seasonally with overtime paid at 1.5X the regular hourly rate.
