What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Coordinator position at Eleanor Health?
What you’ll be doing:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in enabling Eleanor to achieve aggressive growth goals by supporting expansion into new markets and by creating and maintaining warm, welcoming spaces for our staff and community members. You will wear many hats and assume major responsibilities related to developing, executing, and improving Eleanor’s facility management strategy. You will partner closely with our Growth Operations, Market Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT, and other internal teams and external partners. This role will report to Eleanor’s Real Estate Manager.
Specifically you will:
- Work closely, source, and verify external vendors to perform work for contracted lease responsibilities and ongoing maintenance
- Perform lease reviews to determine appropriate party of responsibility and keep record of annual expenses and expense caps
- Manage facilities management ticketing system and develop SLAs for facilities support
- Provide timely assistance and frequent communication to Market Teams on open tickets
- Respond to emergency requests in the event of building systems failure
- Track and audit Eleanor’s physical facilities security and ensure that each clinic is in compliance
- Open utility accounts for Eleanor’s expanding clinic footprint
- Own and improve key components of Eleanor’s facility management strategy, developing new processes and workflows to address opportunity areas and continuously monitoring performance
- Interface with landlords, property managers, and implementation / operations team
- Work cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to resolve risks and issues related to management of ongoing clinical spaces
- Contribute to setting up clinics that will serve our team and community members
- Provide additional support as needed for real estate activities and clinic implementation projects
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Bachelor's degree in business or another related field
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate or property management preferred
- Experience with facility management; proficient in building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life, safety, and plumbing
- Have a desire to learn more about facilities management and real estate
- Experience planning and executing strategic initiatives
- Willing to do whatever it takes to execute complex, cross-functional projects
- Detail-oriented individual with a process-oriented mindset
- Excel at building relationships and collaborating with colleagues across diverse teams
- Thrive in fast-paced work environments as an independent contributor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Currently authorized to work for any US employer
