Electroimpact is seeking 1 self-directed individual to join our Purchasing/Planning Team. The main responsibility of this position is the planning and purchasing of machined and fabricated goods per Electroimpact’s designs through our network of manufacturing vendors. Responsibilities require prioritizing, sending and receiving quotes to qualified vendors, addressing questions and concerns, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring the delivery of quality parts and goods, per agreed upon delivery schedule, within cost. This role includes using our ERP system, MSOffice applications, and some exposure to CAD for finding reference information. Work is performed in an office environment with periodic visits to our shop and includes exposure to outside elements when travelling between buildings. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday generally during business hours of 7am to 4pm. The position may require work outside regular business hours and overtime when the need arises.

Job Requirements:
- Some familiarity of machine shop practices and or fabrication.
- Some exposure or experience working with vendors or supply chain planning.
- The ability to work unsupervised for the majority of your shift.
- The ability to read, write and communicate in English verbally and with a computer using MS Office.
- Proof they are at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a background check and drug testing.

Job Type: Full-time Hourly
Wage: $25-$30/hr DOE
