As an Accountant, you will be responsible for financial report interpretation, financial analysis, account analysis, and financial statement preparation. - Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Perform account reconciliations and account analysis
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Assist with the implementation of new accounting systems or processes
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial report interpretation and analysis
- Proficiency in Xero, Quicken, or similar accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
