Relevant customer service work experience is mandatory. Leasing experience is preferred. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently, be a self-starter/self-motivated and proactive. Significant emphasis on the ability to deliver a top-notch customer service experience, where the customer is ALWAYS the #1 priority. A flexible schedule is required with the ability to work most weekends.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintain a cheerful, helpful and professional manner in person and on the telephone
* Display high-level of customer service skills - number one priority
* Must possess a sincere, positive and accommodating attitude
* Host all walk-in prospect tours and convert telephone traffic to in-person tours
* Maintain and drive follow-up program on all guest cards and internet/phone inquiries
* Ensure office, model and amenities are clean, opened on time and in working order
* Ensure office amenities are stocked and available to residents at all times
* Help to ensure accuracy of lease files -- attention to detail is mandatory
* Ability to balance priorities, yet act "on the fly" when necessary with ease
* Ability to confidently handle difficult situations professionally and positively
* Participate in all outreach marketing and promotional efforts
* Assist management with all resident retention and social activities
* Comply with all Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws
* Assume additional duties and objectives, as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Content creation: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
