What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Element2 Group?
We are hiring 1st shift Machine Operator positions for our manufacturing facility!
1st shift - 6am start time
$20/hr
*Must have previous machine operating experience.
Experience: Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
Skills:
- Proficient in operating manual and semi-automatic machinery.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certifications in machine operation is a plus.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
