Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Set up and operate machines such as milling machines, lathes, stamping presses, and press brake machines
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of machine operation and tooling techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
