Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to materials handling, fabrication, packaging, and operating machinery. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor equipment used in the production process
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor and adjust process variables to maintain product specifications
- Conduct laboratory tests to verify product quality
- Handle materials and chemicals safely and according to protocols
- Fabricate and assemble components as needed
- Package finished products for shipment or storage
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations is a plus
- Basic machining skills are desirable
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $19.00 per hour
