QA Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control procedures, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality and safety.

This is a 1st shift opportunity - pay will depend on experience $65K to $75K!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality assurance process from start to finish, ensuring all products meet regulatory standards and customer specifications.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes.
• Train and mentor quality assurance team members, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to product quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices, including statistical analysis and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience supervising and developing a team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
