We are currently hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to coordinate and implement quality systems ensuring customers are receiving quality products. This position will be responsible for continuous improvement activities, handling customer complaints, and being the liaison between customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Oversee the planning and execution of quality control activities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
- Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and best practices
- Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management)
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related role
- Strong project management skills as well as supervisory skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
