Element6's client is one of the largest electrical solutions distributors and product suppliers in the country, specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors and is looking for Management Trainees to join their team at multiple locations across Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. Sorry, but at this time we can only entertain candidates who live in these states. This is a well-rounded management training program designed to teach every aspect of the electrical wholesale business to run a multi-million-dollar location upon completion.

This on-the-job management training program uses a foundational approach that is broken down into five modules but also combines some bookwork and lasts from 2 - 2.5 years. This training is designed to give insight into all phases of the company.

The professional development this program offers is designed to train the future leaders of the company.

What we are looking for in qualified candidates:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – a focus on Business, Sales, and Management if preferred.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills, able to build relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to solve problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
