Automotive Site Supervisor (Full-time)
About the Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Automotive Site Supervisor to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations at our location. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, exceptional team management abilities, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a robust mechanical aptitude, and a relentless drive for continuous learning and improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Automotive Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the site and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your duties will include:
- Providing leadership and direction to the team to ensure smooth operations
- Implementing and optimizing processes to enhance workflow efficiency
- Delivering high-quality automotive preventive maintenance services
- Assessing customer needs promptly and effectively
- Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Acting as a liaison between upper management, customers, and employees
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment by supporting, mentoring, and providing guidance to team members
- Demonstrating expertise in our products, services, and company policies to assist both customers and the team effectively
- Developing strategies to improve workplace efficiency and achieve organizational goals
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in the automotive industry or a closely related field
- Proven track record of at least 3 year in a management or leadership role within a customer-facing industry
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks with flexibility and efficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods of time and have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head.
Pay range is $70k - $73k annual plus bonuses
