As an enterprise shared-service, E-Solutions provides strategic direction of Anthem's provider digital capabilities and day-to-day oversight and support for our Provider e-channels (including EDI and Provider Portal) across Commercial, Specialty, GBD and subsidiary partners.
Business Strategy Plan Director: As Business Strategy Plan Director, you'll report to the Staff Vice President, and will help shape the strategy and execution of digital channel adoption and utilization . This role will ensure our digital adoption strategy aligns and integrates with the current enterprise digital channel growth strategy and will work closely with business and IT to deliver exceptional consistent experiences for our providers . This role ensures integrated multi-payer adoption/utilization strategies and roadmaps to support the prioritization and implementation of new capabilities. You will work cross-functionally to gather, inform, track and refine strategies, roadmap resources and outcomes to ensure their success. This role is responsible for thinking strategically, bringing analytical thought process to strategy formulation and execution, looking at strengths and weaknesses, and ensuring effective solutions and cross functional strategies are prioritized, implemented, and measured.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Development of the Digital Adoption strategy that integrates with the enterprise business growth strategy and a technology capability maturity model to ensure enablement of growth and utilization of digital technologies.
- Translate strategy into adoption plans and programs that define tactics, programs/projects priorities, and timelines and ensures alignment and attainment of enterprise strategic plans to turn strategy into reality.
- Execute the strategies for digital adoption and ensure effectiveness with measurement of results and outcomes.
- Direct multiple work functions that ensure the alignment of adoption planning with IT project execution and roadmaps to ensure realization of major objectives.
- Drive needs assessments, program framework, definition, desired outcomes, and metrics to support long-term capability adoption growth targets.
- Collaborate with business partners and executive leadership to help define the future vision, strategy, and key metrics of success for corporate and provider adoption of digital channels *.
- Communicates status, priorities, strategies, and success metrics to various stakeholders including management and other team members.
- Lead Large multi-year enterprise initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience and 3 to 5 years of strategic planning, Learning and Development, Project Management, enabling learning technologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Capabilities:
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple major projects/programs with broad scope and strategic business impact with minimal oversight.
- Experience and knowledge of data analytics, project management, project execution, process improvement, and change management experience (strategic and execution).
- Strong skills in learning technology and off-the-shelf tools (MS 365 including SharePoint Online, etc).
- Experience using Aha a plus. Rally or JIRA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in health plan or health system experience preferred.
- Background or previous experience in e-learning, digital adoption strategies, and provider education.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $124,160 to $195,552.
Locations: Colorado
