Description
The CRM Systems Analyst is responsible for gathering system requirements for the Next Generation Desktop (NGD) application. It is a browser-based application that services the 1-800-Medicare Call Centers. The duties cover knowledge of Medicare, associated shared systems and other mainframe platforms that support the Medicare program. Using this knowledge and under the customer direction, the analyst will capture requirements for the application and associated integrations to meet the needs of call center agents processing Medicare and Federally Facilitated Marketplace phone calls.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.
- Creates feature test strategies and environment needs.
- Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
- Applies and mentors use of tools to define requirements.
- Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements.
- Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years experience with documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- This position is part of our FGS (Federal Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience testing/product quality processes tools and methods strongly preferred. Project management experience and training in facilitation strongly preferred.
- The candidate should be familiar with the waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Additionally, knowledge of the following tools is highly preferred: Jira, Yogi, Zephyr, Confluence and other tools from the Atlassian tool suite.
- SAFe Certified preferred.
