What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forecast Reporting Consultant position at Elevance Health?
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office 1 - 2 days per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point locations in Richmond, VA, Ashburn, VA, Norfolk, VA and Roanoke, VA.
The Forecast Reporting Consultant is responsible for coordinating and managing all reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes.
How You Will Make An Impact
Requires bachelor’s degree in business or related field; a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in data collection, analysis and reporting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Assures quality and integrity of the data collected and reported.
- Serves as liaison for the enrollment forecast processes and the annual operating plan.
- Ensures that forecasting methodologies are aligned with business targets and operating plans are consistent with corporate objectives.
- Serves as a representative for corporate-wide Sales metrics (BIS)reporting.
- Oversees the definition, development, and implementation of metrics to report and monitor progress against goals.
- Serves as liaison with Internal Sales Comp team for annual goal setting and tracking of sales comp questions and issues.

- Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Experience with Tableau strongly preferred.
- Experience with G&A budgeting software strongly preferred.
- Experience with sales membership-based reporting strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in sales enrollment reporting and forecasting preferred.
- Knowledge of the health care industry preferred.
