Manager of Health Programs
Hybrid: Flex 1 schedule; 0-3 times per month onsite
Responsible for the oversight of the Health Program Outreach Services for Disease Management and Case Management call center operations.
How you will make an impact:
- Achieves maximum productivity and operational efficiency through management and utilization of team and resources.
- Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding programs, procedures, and changes.
- Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role in addition to 3 years Health Outreach Service/Call Center experience along with outbound dialer experience in a call center environment, experience in disease management, case management or health related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Capabilities, Skills, and Experiences:
- Experience directing multi-functional teams; account management or customer service experience highly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $65,760 to $118,368
