The Manager of Inventory Accounting and Analysis is responsible for for managing accounting and project teams. Responsible for day-to-day month-close and quarter-end accounting, reporting, and analysis functions.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Requires BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business and minimum of 8 years progressively more responsible experience in a Controller or senior financial management position with a medium to large insurance company; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

How You Will Make An Impact

- Reviews journal entries and reconciliation, monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis, and complex and comprehensive analysis of financial results.
- Prepares and presents financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
- Manages SOX and other internal controls.
- Coordinates and leads critical and complex projects.
- Prepares internal management reporting and manages internal and external audits.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
- Will travel twice a year to Altamonte Springs, FL for inventory.
Requires BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business and minimum of 8 years progressively more responsible experience in a Controller or senior financial management position with a medium to large insurance company; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

- Inventory Accounting experience strongly preferred.
- CPA, CFM or CMA designation preferred.
