The Teacher Recruiting Program team is reinventing how we recruit teachers to contract with Elevate. Recruiting the right candidates across the country at scale is critical to our ability to partner with our school district customers. As the search for teachers becomes more competitive, we are bringing together recruiting, tech, marketing and process teams to find and hire candidates quickly and efficiently. The Program leader will manage the full experience - from application to interviews to process flows. This role leads a direct team of recruiters, offshore RPO agents, and has a heavy overlap with Tech/Product/Instruction.
