What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Patient Care Coordinator position at Elevate Physical Therapy Inc?
Duties: Schedule management including coordination of therapist schedules and patient requests for times. Work to daily schedule accommodations with changes and modifications. Greeting patients upon entry, checking patients in and preparing flowsheet. Insurance verification/authorization and follow up. Follow up patient attendance. Answering phones and directing calls. Use of machine payments for services. Assist in correction of billing. Daily chart organization, prepping charts for following day, building patient charts, checking inbox for daily tasks, filing, scanning patient information and making copies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
