About the position

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our leadership team.  The Portfolio Manager is responsible for overall management of multiple properties in an Elevate portfolio.  As a member of the leadership team, this position plays a key role in developing a culture that supports our mission statement outlined above.  We are looking for someone that wants to join a great company that strives to be better than the rest.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide positive daily leadership that mentors and develops team members
  • Communicates clear expectations to all team members
  • Regularly measures and communicates performance feedback to all team members.
  • Monitors leasing activity for all properties in the portfolio and ensures leasing is performed according to Elevate expectations 
  • Responsible for ensuring all properties in the portfolio adhere to the Elevate ancillary income and lease renewal programs 
  • Ensures that all resident complaints, questions and inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner at all portfolio properties 
  • Coordinates with Regional Manager, Director and asset management team on capital requests reviews property expenses as needed per Elevate spending authority guidelines 
  • Ensures that each property in the portfolio effectively prioritizes the maintenance schedule as directed by the Analytics team. 
  • Works closely with the Analyst to resolve issues with daily maintenance requests, unit make-ready schedule, resource needs and other maintenance related issues for all properties in the portfolio
