BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR – OVERVIEW:
Elevate is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by assisting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and solutions. This position requires a highly organized and adaptable individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating across teams and fostering relationships with clients.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Create and refine proposals, pricing models, and follow-up plans for new business opportunities
·         Turn complex thoughts and ideas into clear, readable composition for our clients.
·         Develop and deliver compelling, professional presentations that highlight our company's capabilities and solutions for potential clients.
·         Stay informed of and understand the evolving capabilities of our various service verticals.
·         Act as a key user of the company's CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
·         Collaborate daily with the dynamic and fast-paced Business Development team. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

A.  Education and/or Experience
·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
·         5 Years experience in business development, sales, or a related role

B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 
·         Leadership skills to assist in the management of a fast-paced, cross-vertical team
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
·         Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset 
·         Proficient in Google Suite 
·         Proficient in CRM software, Salesforce preferred 
·         Understanding of basic graphic design principles is a plus 

POSITION AND BENEFITS DETAILS:
·         Full Time, Exempt
·         $75,000-$85,000 per year

Physical Demands
·         This position requires sitting for extended periods while using a computer or phone. Occasional attendance at events may be necessary, involving standing, walking, and lifting light materials.
Work Environment
·         This position is open to remote or may be based in one of our offices located in Charlotte, NC, Nashville, TN, or Salt Lake City, UT.
