We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Small Group Training.

Experience in:

  • Managing a staff
  • Running small group training
  • Making staff schedules
  • 5 years or more of training experience

Degrees:

  • Minimum BS in Exercise Science or related field
  • Preferred MS in related field
  • Credible training certifications

The position will include creating the entire small group training schedule (including yoga) and implementing innovative training. Management meetings, budgeting, payroll, and training themselves.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,340.83 - $60,625.51 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work setting:

  • In-person

Ability to Commute:

  • Rochester, NY 14607 (Required)
