Title: HR Office Assistant

Job Summary:
The HR Office Assistant is responsible for performing general clerical and administrative duties to assist the owner and assigned clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists with new hire onboarding for assigned clients (acquire paperwork and signatures, identification, enter in ATS or payroll systems, etc.).
- Drafts and sends new client agreements and obtain signatures where required.
- Enters leads/clients into CRM system and communicate as required.
- Maintain information in electronic ATS and CRM systems, as well as hardcopy filing systems.
- Organizes marketing campaigns and sends to pre-qualified leads, as applicable.
- Solicits positive reviews from satisfied clients.
- Writes blogs for company website (anything related to HR news, company events, employee/client spotlight, etc.).
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media posts, e-mail campaigns, collaborating on ideas for sales marketing, etc.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications as needed.
- Performs market research and compensation benchmarking.
- Make or purchase promotional items and prepare for events and giveaways.
- Prepares and sends new client welcome kits, holiday greeting cards, and other client appreciation materials.
- Participates in networking and special events, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- At least two years of administrative experience required.
- Experience with CRM and ATS software preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
Salary : $15 - $18
