Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Technician to join our teeam and lead our automative repair team as we open for business in Springtown Tx, on May13, 2024. All brand new lifts, flusher, parts washers, air compressors, jacks, stands, etc. will make your working experience safe and enjoyable. As an Senior Automotive Technician, you will manage our Diagnostic Bay (1 of 6) and be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles, with a growth path to become Shop Foreman. You will interact directly with our customers and provide training to junior staff to help them grow in their careers. You will receive applicable paid training, paid holidays, medical benefits, 401(k), etc. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in automotive engine, transmission, and electrical systems. Candidates must own their own tools/box.

Duties Include:

- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine, transmission, brake malfunctions, electrical system failures and other issues

- Use power tools and hand tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components

- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues or areas of concern, including documentation and photographs of issues

- Follow schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex electrical systems

- Perform engine repairs and maintenance as needed

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and parts used

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Senior Automotive Technician

- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and mechanical operations

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance tasks

- Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
