We have an immediate opening for a Franchise Business Consultant. This is a great entry-level opportunity for an organized and highly motivated individual to join our exciting team! We are advertising for a full time position, but would consider part time for the right candidate.

Elevation Development Group is the development company for Subway restaurants in Utah, Western Wyoming and Eastern Nevada. The company develops the Subway brand by recruiting new franchise owners, site selection and lease negotiations, assisting with restaurant openings and remodels, and providing franchise owners with operation and marketing support.

Must live in Utah as the position requires you to perform in person meetings, training and evaluations with franchisees, and managers in various stores throughout the territory.

General Overview:

As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will be an important ally to franchisees and restaurant managers by providing operational guidance, coaching, technical, administrative, business and marketing support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop, coach, and mentor Franchisees to reach individual store and territory goals.
• Train franchisees, managers, and store employees with regard to Company goals and initiatives.
• Conduct regularly scheduled business reviews to see growth potential and areas needing improvement.
• Evaluate how restaurants are performing compared to Subway policies and procedures, analyze sales and cost data and provide specific customized recommendations to improve in these areas.
• Provide direction and proficiency to franchisees and staff with regard to New Store Openings and Transfer Training Hours.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
• College degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Aptitude in creative problem-solving
• Time management skills
• Valid Driver's license, insurance and dependable transportation

Benefits:

• Starting salary is $42,000 to $44,000 depending on experience. Performance reviews and potential raises every 6 months for the first three years, and annually thereafter.
