Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled a motivated, reliable well-seasoned Maintenance Technician to join our team. The position is year-round and requires advanced residential property maintenance skills. Must be able to work in all forms of weather effectively and collaborate well with a team.
Responsibilities
· Must have a strong working knowledge of Property Maintenance with strong skills in carpentry: sheetrock repair, doors, windows, painting and roofing
· Be able to communicate effectively
· Clean license with own transportation
· Team oriented positive attitude
· Assist in all aspects of property maintenance, including grounds, custodial, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
· Prepare new homes and rentals to ensure they are ready for occupancy.
Salary & Benefits:
Starting wage $25/ph
PTO accrued from Day 1
Room for Advancement

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
