Our client, a global manufacturer of precision-engineered components is seeking an experienced Brazer, to join their winning team in Mansfield.
This is a first shift role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Braze components to assemble metal parts as specified by layout, work order or blueprints, using hand torchBrushes flux onto joint of work pieces or dips braze rod into flux to prevent oxidation of metal.
Examines seam and re-brazes defective joints.Cleans joints of work pieces, using wire brush or by cleaning solution.Examines product for defects, utilizing knowledge of manufacturing and quality standards, to ensure conformance to product specifications.
Will observe and adhere to all safety rules and practices. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, hazard-free condition, reporting all defective equipment or hazardous conditions.
Perform other related duties as required by management.
