What are the responsibilities and job description for the .NET Developer position at Eliassen Group?
Our government client is looking for a .NET Developer to join their team.
Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. We offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Responsibilities of the .NET Developer:
- Architect, design, code, and implement next-generation web application using software engineering best practices in the latest technologies
- Designing, developing and maintaining high-performing .NET applications
- Using software development best practices and coding standards
- Demonstrating ability to take part in data analysis, data manipulation, database design, programming, and implementation
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 7 years of experience with developing and maintaining the high-performing .NET applications
- At least 4 years of using Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure and Web Services/Web API
- Experience with Agile development practices
- Strong C# development experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio
- Strong knowledge of Relational Databases
- Knowledge of Entity Framework and SQL and Unit Test Frameworks
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented programming concepts
