Technical Systems Analyst - Spring Boot/AWS/BPM

Hybrid Role, must be local to Durham NH or Merrimack NH.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated systems analyst to be part of its diverse, globally distributed team of IT professionals responsible for the development and maintenance of a BusinessProcess Management system.

The main focus of this position will entail analysis and support of the BPM application as it modernizes its tech stack and migrates to the cloud (AWS).

The Expertise You Have:

• 5 years systems analysis experience working with customer facing web applications
• Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
• Are an outstanding collaborator and consensus builder with a focus on getting results for their squad and themselves
• The ability to examine and analyze existing IT systems and business and data models to identify requirements with the ability to articulate business problems / requirements / solutions in technology terms and vice versa.

• Good understanding of various web application components and how they interact with each other (e.g. web pages, APIs, backend systems)
• Proactive, detail oriented, great teammate
• Strong analytical, communication, and social skills including negotiation and influencing
• Ability to multi-task across a variety of tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to optimally take the lead on issues and gain resolution in a timely manner

• Collaborate with multiple other Agile teams (Scaled Agile) to lead dependencies and scope.
• Work with business and technology partners to define the scope of problems/issues, in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes.
• Work with Agile team to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and story maps.
• Participate in backlog refinement sessions. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable, requirements/user stories. Collaborate with Agile team members to research and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Evaluate design of existing systems to judge their functionality, efficiency, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability, and cost of ownership.
• Collaborate and anticipate with Agile team members to build comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches. Be able to clearly articulate the squad's needs, requirements, and dependencies.
• Provide support in estimating, planning, scheduling, and prioritizing work.
• Apply documentation standards and best practices
