WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Project Manager will support Elica's growth and development through two complementary, overlapping roles:

1. Project Manager - plan and oversee projects from beginning to end to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and further Elica's goals, mission, and vision.

2. Training Designer - identify training needs for proposed or implemented projects. Design training to address those needs and assist the Workforce Development Department and specific Directors/Managers with training delivery, knowledge checking, and following up training as needed.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The successful candidate will be willing and able to:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives. Involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and make adjustments as needed
• Coordinate with team members from other departments to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, milestones, deadlines, and schedules
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Collaborate with Elica stakeholders to identify training needs
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum to address those needs
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop and design training material and assessment tools
• Train and assess employees as needed or assist Directors/Managers/SMEs with training employees

Requirements

The successful Candidate has:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (a plus)
• 5 years of proven experience in project management
• Experience managing Information Technology, Electronic Health Records and/or related Healthcare Operations projects (preferred)
• Experience with teaching adult learners and and instructional design
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace suite computer applications
• Knowledge of Epic EHR (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills including active listening, speaking clearly and concisely, and writing clearly and persuasively
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, and report findings in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to see issues as part of an overall system and recommend changes to improve
• Ability to collaborate and influence others at all levels of the organization
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, manage time efficiently, and meet critical deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to travel as needed
