Position Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for hands-on supervising and overseeing employees and food preparation.
Job Duties:
- Overseeing the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals by following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
- Being responsible for the hands-on supervision of employees to meet the company’s commitment and VISION based on client and contractual obligations
- Follow all company and client policies, rules, and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire workday and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Must possess an acceptable driving record.
- Must have a State Food Handlers permit where required by state law.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is mandatory.

The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a quality dining experience for the residents, staff and visitors at an assigned location. Duties of this position include, supervising the daily operation of the dining room and scheduling, managing and training dining room employees. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent customer service skills and proven supervisory experience. Preference may be given to candidates with previous hospitality management experience and computer proficiency. This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds. Performs all other related duties as assigned by management.
