Eliot's residential network of services supporting individuals with brain injuries and developmental disabilities is seeking an Director of Residential Services. The ideal candidate will have ten years of experience supervising residential staff and experience in program and staff development, program monitoring and training.

Eliot's Brain Injury Division is an individual-centered continuum of services that provides innovative and high-quality programming to adults with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all clinical and programmatic components and the coordination and implementation of all services. Supervise all aspects of general operations, ensuring optimal service delivery is provided within contractual requirements.

Coordinate, implement and monitor program compliance with licensing regulations, contract compliance, service delivery and quality outcome standards.

Develop and monitor budgets, maintain, and implement strategy designed to ensure fiscal integrity of programs.

Pursue continuous improvement in program operation and service delivery through QUEST participation, formal and informal program assessment, evaluation, and strategic planning.

Develop and implement system to maintain client records, ensuring annual plans, quarterly reports and monthly notes are current and accurately reflect clients’ goals and needs. Maintain electronic data and paper documentation in accordance with Agency policies, funding source requirements and state and federal regulations.

Supervise Program Managers to include hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Ensure that all required staff certifications/trainings are current.

Ensure that individuals are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with ECHS’ Human Rights policy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field and eight years related experience, with at least four years in a management or supervisory capacity and two years of experience working with the brain injury population.

Experience in program and staff development, program monitoring and training.

Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with funding and licensing sources, community groups, collaterals, service providers, families, and staff. Possess working knowledge or experience with DDS/MRC regulations and ABI/MFP waiver programs.

Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups. Demonstrate knowledge of medical, physical, and psychosocial factors associated with brain injury.

Ability to physically carry out Crisis Prevention Intervention techniques.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am- 5pm(40hrs)
