Eliot Community Human Services Eliot Clinic is seeking a Masters Level in Social Work or related, or a Licensed Clinician to join our team as a Coordinator of School Based Services. The ideal candidate would have 3 years experience in a similar setting and is able to work collaboratively with school administration and staff as well as clients and families, to ensure clinical services are delivered to children from the school system.
Eliot's school based services involve our team of dedicated professionals working closely with each child and their families to address their emotional and behavioral need. We actively involve parents, family members, caregivers, schools, and other supports in a holistic, strengths based, trauma informed therapeutic approach.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with school administration and staff as well as clients and families to deliver clinical services to children from the school system.
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with school staff and administrators.
- Coordinate all referrals for school based services and provide consultation to school personnel as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention, diagnostic evaluation and therapy to clients utilizing various treatment modalities, i.e. individual, family, group and play therapy as clinically indicated and meet targeted productivity standards as agreed upon.
- Provide appropriate and on-going documentation including, but not limited to, progress notes, diagnostic evaluation, treatment plans, and termination summaries in a timely manner.
- Submit all administrative and billing paperwork within the specified time frames.
- Provide educational seminars for staff as assigned.
- Participate in staff meetings and supervision as required by the Director.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30-3:30P hours may vary some depending on need
Salary: 55,000 annually (MA level) or 57,000 annually (Licensed).

6% bilingual salary increase if fluent in the needed language capacity
