Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various accounting tasks and possess strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct account analysis and cash flow analysis to ensure accuracy
- Manage debits, credits, and financial services in compliance with accounting principles
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior accounting staff
- Utilize accrual accounting methods for precise financial reporting
- Knowledge of private equity accounting principles
- Familiarity with technical accounting standards
- Understanding of wills, trusts, and estate law as it pertains to financial management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $70,845.00 - $77,592.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
