Restoration Construction Estimator- we're expanding and adding to our team!

A leading construction company within the disaster restoration industry, is seeking a full-time construction estimator for the New Hampshire/Maine Area. As a key role within the organization, the company is in search of a top performer with the potential for continued growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Estimating of residential and commercial insurance losses in accordance with insurance and industry guidelines
- Gaining agreed scope of work with insurance carriers and adjusters
- Selling our construction services to prospective customers
- Acting as first point of contact for new customers, gathering accurate information, and scope of work,

Experience Desired:
- 2-4 years of construction experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Construction and/or disaster restoration experience a must
- Property claim experience a plus
- Xactimate experience a plus
Compensation:
- Excellent base pay

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
