Assistant Administrator / Recruiter
This position will be reporting to the Home Care Operations Manager and have multiple responsibilities around the office.
The primary purpose in this role is to achieve utmost efficiency in administrative tasks and recruiting for our Home Care staff.
This full-time salaried position form 7 am - 4 pm has some on call responsibilities rotated every 3rd week with other office staff.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Post open positions, review, sort candidates who have applied, schedule interviews.
- Interview, onboard, and orient new candidates
- Checking missed shifts and calling caregivers in a timely manner to ensure they are enroute.
- Helping ensure client care is satisfactory.
- Communicate schedule with client and caregiver as directed by supervisor.
- Uploading documents to electronic documentation system
- Assist in maintaining HR documents of all caregivers as directed by supervisor.
Requirements :
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to understand and follow site protocols, policies, and quality.
- High School Diploma / GED
