Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the club during assigned shifts
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards
- Train and develop team members on proper food handling procedures, customer service, and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during the shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or fast-casual setting
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in restaurant management or food service management is preferred
