About the Company:
Elite Jet Solutions is an aircraft maintenance repair station company located in Arlington, TX.
We have been in business for seven years and are currently looking to hire a Full-Time Office Administrator to assist with various tasks.
Task include:
- Answer and screen phone calls, while taking detailed messages, if necessary.
- Maintain inventory by checking stock to determine if inventory is up to date.
- Prepare shipping documents via FedEx.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, ordering supplies, generating/updating reports.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and direct guest to appropriate person.
- Transport and deliver aircraft parts to various locations in the DFW area, as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Operate basic office machines such as copy machine, computer, calculator, fax machine,etc.
- Visual stamina and awareness to review alpha/numeric data and spend long periods looking at computer screen.
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft office such as word, excel, and outlook.
- Organization & Time management skills, such as prioritization and multitasking.
- Provide proof of clean driving record and valid drivers license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education/Experience:
1-2 years of administrative work experience required
Efficient with Excel Spreadsheets required
High School diploma or General Education Degree
- Full time
- Monday-Friday
- 40hrs per week
Pay range
- $17-$19/hour
Salary : $17 - $19
