Operations Manager

**Position: Operations Manager - Spray Technician Team**

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the general operations of our team of spray technicians. This leadership role is pivotal in managing our technicians, enhancing customer service, and ensuring the timely execution of scheduled applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, a keen understanding of the technical aspects of spray applications, and a proven track record in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the spray technician team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

- Collaborate with the dispatcher to monitor and manage the scheduling of applications, ensuring all services are executed on time.

- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open communication between clients and technicians.

- Conduct regular meetings with the spray technicians to discuss performance, provide updates, and address any operational challenges.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members are trained and compliant with industry and company standards.

- Monitor inventory and equipment, ensuring that technicians have the necessary materials and tools to perform their jobs effectively.

- Evaluate and assess team performance, providing feedback, and identifying opportunities for training and development.

- Act as a liaison between the spray technician team and other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and team productivity.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in operational management, preferably in a related field such as landscaping, pest control, or agricultural services.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve client concerns and foster positive relationships.

- Knowledge of spray technology, application methods, and safety protocols.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- High school diploma required; a degree in business management, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,918.14 - $54,094.96 per year
