WORK LOCATION IS IN SURGIONSVILLE TN

HIRING IMMEDIATELY TO FILL DAY SHIFT POSITIONS 6:30AM-4:30PM MONDAY-THURSDAY (1/2 A SHIFT FRIDAY IF NEEDED)

We are looking for Machine Operators to set up, maintain and operate machinery. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines
• Inspect parts
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Keep records of approved final product

Skills

• Proven experience as a machine operator preferred but training is available
• Understanding of production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Must be able to bend, lift, push, pull 50 on a continuous basis
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts; standing or walking entire shift
• Available positions for day shift

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
