Job Description- Front/Back Office Bilingual Medical Assistant
Front office responsibilities include but are not limited to: Basic filing, phone etiquette, schedule (outlook & e-clinical) management, pre-appointment reminder phone calls, missed appointment phone calls, post appointment follow-up calls, EMR, health promotion material, basic cleaning and able to Translate in Spanish.
Back office responsibilities include: Pt. intake & flow, point of care screenings and vital testing, vaccinations, EMR charting, assisting practitioner in procedures, all day-to-day clinical care needs included in scope of license, basic cleaning.
Position Outline
As a front office & back office medical assistant you will be asked to assist in facilitating the day-to-day clinic operations to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction. Often you are the first interaction a patient and Elite’s focus is providing a service to each patient that exceeds his/her expectation. It is expected that you provide a friendly, informative, and helpful correspondence to each person you meet each day.
Along with patient care you will be asked to assist in schedule management, basic filing, client chart management, and daily light cleaning to ensure the facility maintains clean, professional, and efficient operations.
