The Entry Level Sales Assistant role is a full-time position assisting the sales and customer service team with business development initiatives by providing support and coordination of customer service and sales activities. Our team of Entry Level Sales Assistants delivers precisely targeted solutions that meet each brand’s unique business goals, sales metrics, and revenue targets.
Regarding our success in the local market, our clients have asked for us to expand and we are seeking qualified applicants to fill our Entry Level Sales Assistant role! In this entry-level role, the Entry Level Sales Assistant will use their enthusiasm to learn natural enthusiasm to support the on-site customer service and sales team with all duties involved in promoting and executing the company’s overall marketing plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of our Entry Level Sales Assistant:
- Build long-lasting relationships with professionals in customer service and sales
- Create an understanding of the sales systems executed at each customer interaction
- Exhibit and provide our customers with specific product knowledge and information building a sense of trust
- Assist customers with any questions they may have in regards to featured client products/services
- Conference liaison – coordinates and arranges the registration, sales materials and provides support, as needed
- Maintain project management system to observe marketing and sales program requests, promotions, and programs
- Making sure all collateral falls within brand guidelines, representing our clients in a positive and professional light
- Learn how to communicate effectively in a professional environment
- Develop and maintain product, program, and service knowledge, and regularly review product lines for market needs and financial sales goals
Requirements for our next Entry Level Sales Assistant:
- College degree in business, advertising, sales, or a similar field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, promotions, or retail-related settings are an asset. Internship experience and past entry-level expertise will as be considered as working experience
