Property Management Maintenance Technician

* Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance & reliable transportation to and from individual work sites
* Must pass a criminal background check
* Have own set of basic tools
* Basic plumbing knowledge (fixing leaky sinks, toilet repairs, minor pipe repairs, etc...)
* Basic electrical knowledge (switching outlets, putting in new fixtures, etc...)
* General home and apartment turnovers for new residents (basic painting, blinds, towel bars, change locks, repairing damages, etc...)
* Lawn & landscaping (basic) for vacant properties or owner requests
* Assisting with yearly property inspections
* Weekly property walks for preventative maintenance
* Handle daily incoming work orders from tenant requests
* Assisting other maintenance techs daily
* Communicate with tenants to schedule a time to complete their work order
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs and use a 10ft ladder
* This job reports daily to the Maintenance Supervisor who schedules all work orders
* Must be trustworthy with hours billed and use of the company credit card
* Must be reliable, self-motivated & the ability to multi-task
* Flexible Schedule Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
* No weekends or holidays
* Compensation: $19 per hour starting or based on experience
