Location: Permian Basin

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Operations to lead our upstream wellhead service operations in the Permian Basin. This role will oversee the sales and rental of wellhead and frac equipment, ensuring that our operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a keen understanding of operational systems, and a background in the military is strongly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Sales and Rental Management: Oversee the sales and rental operations of equipment, ensuring optimal inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction.
• System Development: Create and implement operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Utilize Microsoft Word and other software tools for documentation and reporting.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety across the organization.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of wellhead services, frac equipment, and upstream operations.
• Proven experience in sales and rental management.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Military experience is strongly desired, with a background in combat is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
